A ‘Mailing Name’ is a name that your packages/deliveries will be addressed to.

  • Standard Users – up to 2 mailing names
  • Premium Users – up to 4 mailing names

 

If you need to receive packages/deliveries in more mailing names, the cost per additional mailing name is £4.99 per year.

We can forward your packages to you anywhere in the world. As standard we use Royal Mail however you may choose a different courier if you wish. Package forwarding costs:

  • Standard Users – Cost of postage/shipping + 15% handling fee.
  • Premium Users – Cost of postage/shipping+ 10% handling fee.

We can consolidate your packages into one package if you wish. Package consolidation costs:

  • Standard Users – £2.50 per package
  • Premium Users – £1.00 per package

We can store/hold your packages until you’re ready for them to be forwarded on.

  • Standard Users – up to 30 days free storage
  • Premium Users – up to 60 days free storage

 

After the free storage period has been used, we charge a flat-rate storage fee of £5/package/week.

If you’re in the UK and want to collect your packages from us in person, then we allow this for Premium Users.

Collection is strictly by appointment only; this is for security purposes and to ensure your packages are ready for when you arrive.

All collections are from our centre in Birmingham (Midlands).

If the online store / retailer does not accept your bank card or preferred method of payment, then we can complete the purchase on your behalf.

Simply submit your request to us detailing what to order, make your payment to us and we’ll take care of the rest.

For our Personal Shopper Service we charge a % of the total order value, subject to a minimum fee of £15.

  • Standard Users – 15%
  • Premium Users – 10%

FAQ.

General:

A real UK street address that you can use to receive your deliveries.

The actual address is based in the Midlands (Birmingham). You do not need to be based in or even near our location yourself to use the service (we have clients worldwide).

The full address will be released to you when you sign-up (we do this to prevent unauthorised use).

Anyone from anywhere in the world can use our service to receive and manage their packages.

We can accept any packages (as long as it’s legal of course!), including any deliveries that need to be signed for. We can accept deliveries from all couriers. We just ask that packages aren’t excessive in weight and size.

You must ensure that any deliveries/packages are addressed to you by name. You must also inform us of any mailing names you intend to use so that packages received can be matched to your account.

Our centre is open to receive your deliveries/packages from 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00 – 15:00 Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and during public holidays. Any courier deliveries that are scheduled for out of operating times should be delivered on the next working day.

We’ll handle your package exactly as you’ve instructed us to. You can specify how you would like us to handle your packages during the sign-up process. If you need to change these instructions at any point, just contact us.

Yes, all packages must be opened before they are dispatched in accordance with UK law.

You can choose to have your packages: 

  • Forwarded on to you (UK & Worldwide)
  • Consolidated into one package (to save on shipping)
  • Stored until further notice
  • Held for collection in person*
  • Have photos taken and sent to you

We can also return packages to sender or dispose of them if required.

You can change/update your mail handling preferences at any time by contacting us.

Yes for Premium Users you can collect from our UK centre in Birmingham (Midlands).

This is by appointment only. We do this to ensure your items are ready for you when you arrive. For security, you’ll be asked to show proof of ID before we release any items.

UK Anywhere is specifically for receiving packages and is predominantly used when ordering/shopping online.

In addition to this, we cannot handle:

  • Batteries
  • Medicine
  • Unlabelled supplements, pills, powders
  • Perfume
  • Any kind of nicotine products
  • Anything flammable
  • Any food products which require refrigeration

Yes. You can start using the address immediately upon signing-up, but before we can release any items received to you, you’ll need to upload photo ID. We have to do a basic verification to meet our legal obligations. This is secure and we’ve made it quick and easy. Find out more here.

If you no longer require our service and wish to cancel, please contact us. Your account will be terminated and packages returned to sender at the end of the current period.

Forwarding / Shipping:

We currently use Royal Mail, DHL, DPD and Fedex for packages. If you have a preference for using a different courier, please let us know by contacting us and we’ll accommodate this where possible.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. We’ll provide you with the price before forwarding your package, or you may contact us beforehand to get a quote.

Local customs charges may apply depending on the contents value and destination the shipment is being delivered to. We recommend that you check with your governing body to confirm.

In most circumstances the courier should reattempt the delivery. However we recommend contacting the courier customer services who have the package to reschedule an alternative delivery date.

When we receive your package at our UK centre, if we can see that it’s damaged, we’ll inform you. You can then instruct us what to do with it (i.e. take photos, return to sender, etc).

When we forward packages on to you, we will always try to ensure that your goods are suitably packaged. If you find your goods arrive damaged, please let us know by contacting us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier and make a claim for damaged goods on your behalf.

If you’ve opted to have your packages forwarded, the length of time it will take to receive your package(s) will vary depending on your location and the courier / delivery service used.

Within the UK, it will typically take 1-2 working days to be received from when it left our centre.

International residents will normally receive packages between 3-7 working days from when it left our centre.
